Privacy Policy
Last updated: 3 November 2026
Unison Consultancy Services, a unit of Athirran Group ("we", "us"), operates unisonconsultancy.com. This policy explains how we handle personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable Indian law.
1. Data we collect
- Details you submit in our enquiry form: name, mobile/WhatsApp number, email, whether you are a student, parent or organisation, NEET status and your message.
- Campaign information from the link you used (for example utm_source) and the page address, so we know which channel, such as Instagram, brought you here.
- Basic technical data your browser sends to our hosting provider, such as IP address and device type, kept in standard server logs.
2. Why we use it
- To contact you about your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To understand which marketing channels work.
- To meet legal obligations.
3. Consent
We process your enquiry data only after you tick the consent box. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing unisonconsultancyservice@gmail.com; we will stop contacting you and delete your data unless the law requires us to keep it.
4. Where data is stored and who sees it
Enquiries are stored in a Google Sheet, accessible only to authorised Unison Consultancy staff. Google LLC acts as our service provider and may process data on servers outside India. Our website is delivered by a static hosting provider. We do not sell your data. We may share it with Athirran Group entities and recruitment or client partners only as needed to answer your enquiry.
5. Retention
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete it.
6. Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or erase your data, withdraw consent, or nominate someone to exercise your rights. Email unisonconsultancyservice@gmail.com. You may also complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
7. Cookies
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.
8. Students and children
Many of our visitors are students aged 17 or 18. If the student is under 18, the enquiry must be submitted by a parent or guardian, who gives consent on the student's behalf. We do not track or profile children, and we do not target advertising at them. A parent can ask us to delete a child's data at any time.
9. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including HTTPS and restricted access, but no system is perfectly secure.
